Robert Daniel

Robert Daniel is a Texas lawyer based in Austin.  He established the Law Office of Robert Daniel in order to provide high-quality, client-focused legal services to individuals and small businesses in the Austin metropolitan area.  Robert is committed to maintaining high ethical standards and providing excellent legal representation, and he handles each client’s case personally, from start to finish.

Robert graduated from Georgetown University with an A.B. in History in 2003 and received a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007.  Before entering private practice he served as a law clerk to the Travis County Criminal Judges, an assistant district attorney for Hale County, and an instructor for the Texas Justice Court Training Center.  

Robert is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association.  Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and homebrewing beer.
